just got home from my dead uncle's wake. so tired. but i dont think the day will be over just yet.


attended a cartooning/comic art conference, guest speakers were:
John Lent (EIC International Journal of Comic Art)
Toni Masdiono (Indonesian Comic Artist)
Zunar (Mayasian Political Cartoonist)
Boboy Yonzon (SKP - President)
Rene Aranda (SKP - Phil. Star Cartoonist)
Norman Isaac (SKP - Manila Bulletin Cartoonist)

..during the break, ma'am que introduced ivan and i to them and somehow, i charmed sir Isaac with my personality, so he ended up taking me everywhere he goes and letting me meet his friends specially the guest speakers. Sir Toni, Zunar, Prof Lent, Sir Boboy and Sir Rene are very nice people, and i almost had lunch with them in the buffet table the Varsitarian Team prepared for the guests we all talked a lot, and conversations continue on from the moment i got introduced to them till the time my dad had to pick me up They said i'm a very interesting girl, and they would like to keep intouch with me sometime in the future so we all exchanged calling cards

dad picked me up. went to buy studio equips. home. shower. went to uncle asterio's wake.


..spending the whole day with distiguished gentlemen on their fields, i never knew i would be spending the evening with more guys like the first set i've encountered:

..talked about life and everything in it. i just realized that i spent my day with 10 people who are at the very least 30 years older than me. but somehow i was talking with them as if i am at their level already they are professionals and masters of their trade. i am so honored to have bonded with all of them today. i feel like doors are being opened.

but i have to say, i applaud you for walking up to me yesterday with all that courage and confidence to taunt me. i'm not afraid of you. nor will i change my title coz of what you did. i could've crushed you right then and there. but i chose not to (kneel before me! just kidding )

wee!!~ i got my 450D now

the bad reviews i've been reading have all had gone out the window its great! my new Canon Baby is great, and the best part if that all my AF lenses from the old Canon Rebel SRL Film cam are fully functional on this baby! so i get to save a lot of money on lenses.

i'm gonna set up my own studio soon i have a space already

over the past years, i think i've been getting my emotions and beliefs mixed up, mixed up so much that i dont even know the difference between:

"lambing" vs "clingy"

or

"being needy" vs "fighting for someone or something you believe in"


..all these times i used to think that its all up there, its all in the brain. all on how you view things, or to see your glass half empty or half full. that was before somebody switched my brain with something else, shattering my sanity. but i really dont know now.. all i know now, that because of this, is that i'm on auto pilot mode right, operating on programmed emotions alone..


i need help. someone help me wake up. wake me up, out of this fairy tale turned nightmare. let the rain come down and wash away my tears. let it fill my world and calm away my fears. let my new day come. turn the beast into a prince. wake me up. i want to smell the coffee. i want to be cure of this ridiculous obssession with love.



..i was so close to that famous happy ending. and i dont want that to end. because everybody wants to live happily ever after.


slap me. batter me. hit me. anything. anyone. just wake me up.
